Recovery Coaching for Women Who Want to Stop Drinking and Start Living.
It's time to break free from alcohol and reclaim your life.
You need support from someone who's been there.
Does this sound familiar? Late nights, punishing hangovers, throbbing headaches, and mornings clouded by shame and regret. After years of hiding my drinking, not showing up for my children in a way they deserve, and having nothing but anxiety and self-hatred to show for it, that's when I knew it was time to stop drinking and start living. If this sounds about right, I'm happy you're here.
You don’t need wine to get through the hard parts of motherhood...
I'm Michelle Smith
I could have never foreseen the day when I'd be entangled in an unhealthy bond with alcohol. My childhood experiences had pushed me to steer clear of it. But as fate would have it, once I became a mom, I unwittingly became immersed in the "mommy juice" culture. After considerable effort and a few years of maintaining sobriety, I felt a strong calling to extend the kind of support that had proven effective for me to other moms who found themselves in a similar situation.
